The most important focus of the round table is on decentralized finances, or Defi protocol, a new type of financial system that works without banks or intermediaries. Instead, the use of computer programs that are mentioned smart contracts makes it to process things such as borrowing, borrowing and acting. The SEC wants to understand how these systems work and whether they can be checked using the current US financial rules or that new laws must be made.
