The founder and CEO of Strike, Jack Mallers, at the Bitcoin conference of 2025 in Las Vegas, announced a new system of Bitcoin -supported loans in the event of strike with one digit interest rate.
Jack Mallers started his keynote by pointing out the biggest problem. Fiat -Valuta.
“The best time to go to Whole Foods and buy eggs with your dollars was 1913,” said Mallers. “Every other time afterwards you will be sewn.”
What is the solution?
“The solution is Bitcoin,” says Mallers. “Bitcoin is the money that we coincide that nobody can print. You can’t print, you can’t end my time and energy, you can’t deprive me of possessing assets, getting out of debts, living sovereignly and protecting my future, my family, my priced possessions. Bitcoin is what we have invented to do that.”
Mallers gave the public a power message by explaining that people have to release every dollar they have in Bitcoin. People also have to spend a bit of it to have a nice life.
“You can’t hodl forever,” Jack said.
While they talk about loans that people borrow against their bitcoin. He explained why he thinks that banks offer 20% in interest in loans supported with Bitcoin is outrageous.
“All these professional economists, they are like Bitcoin is risky and fleeting,” said Mallers. “No, it is not. This is the beautiful 7 years of volatility and the orange in the middle is Bitcoin. It is not more risky and more volatile. It is a bit more volatile than Apple, but is much less volatile than Tesla.”
“As Bitcoin matures, volatility goes off,” Jack continued. “Bitcoin volatility is at a point where it is no more risky than a Tesla share. We don’t have to pay double digits for a loan.”
Mallers announced his new system of loans in the event of a 9-13% strike in interest rates. This allows people to receive loans from $ 10,000 to $ 1 billion.
Mallers closed by saying: “Please be responsible. This is debts. In my opinion, debts is as fire. It can heat a civilization. It can heat your house, but if you get crazy, it can burn your house.”
“Life is short,” Jack said. “Make the journey, but with Bitcoin you can just take a better one.”
